1. These terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Zovepay website, apps and dashboard provided by ZOVEPAY LLC, registered at 312 W 2nd St, Unit 3928, Casper, WY 82601, USA. By creating an account or using the service you accept these terms. The commercial terms for accepting payments are set out separately in our Merchant Terms.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us and for keeping your login details and API keys secure. Tell us promptly if you believe an account or key has been compromised so we can help you lock it down.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use Zovepay lawfully and only for genuine sales of your own goods and services. You must not use the service for prohibited or fraudulent activity, process payments on behalf of an unrelated third party, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the platform.

4. Your integration

The checkout, SDKs and plugins we provide are licensed to you for use with the service, not sold. You agree to keep your integration up to date with the current version so it stays secure and compliant, and not to alter it in ways that bypass our security or the card scheme rules.

5. Availability

We work hard to keep the service running and your checkout available, served from the edge so the pay button is there when a shopper is. We can't promise the service will be uninterrupted, and we may pause it for maintenance, giving notice where we reasonably can.

6. Intellectual property

The Zovepay name, software, designs and content belong to us or our licensors. You may use them only as needed to use the service. Your own business data and content remain yours.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

8. Changes & termination

We may update these terms and will post the new version here with a fresh date; significant changes will be flagged in the dashboard. You can close your account at any time, and we may suspend or end access where these terms are seriously or repeatedly breached.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the jurisdiction in which ZOVEPAY LLC is established, and the courts there have non-exclusive jurisdiction. Questions? Email hello@zovepay.com.
