1. Scope

These Merchant Terms set out the commercial relationship between you and ZOVEPAY LLC, registered at 312 W 2nd St, Unit 3928, Casper, WY 82601, USA, for accepting online payments through the Zovepay checkout and receiving payouts. They apply alongside our Terms of Service.

2. Accepting payments

You may accept payments only for your own genuine sales, in the currencies and card schemes we support. You agree to follow the card scheme rules, to show prices clearly, and not to surcharge beyond what the law allows or impose a minimum that the schemes prohibit.

3. Fees

Processing fees are charged per successful charge at the rates on your plan and shown on our pricing page. Different payment methods may carry different rates. Fees are deducted before payout and itemised in your dashboard. We will give notice before any change to your rates.

4. Payouts

Cleared funds, less fees and any refunds, are paid to your nominated bank account the next business day on every plan, with no minimum payout amount. Payment timing can be affected by bank cut-offs, public holidays and checks we are required to perform.

5. Refunds & chargebacks

You can refund a sale in full or in part back to the original card; we return our fixed fee on refunds. If a cardholder disputes a payment, the amount may be charged back to you, and a network-set chargeback fee may apply. We give you the tools and time to respond with evidence.

6. Currency conversion

Where you show prices or settle in a currency other than the shopper's, a currency conversion may apply at the rate shown at checkout or in your dashboard. Any conversion fee is disclosed before it is charged. You remain responsible for the prices you set and for any tax obligations on your sales.

7. Reserves & holds

In limited cases — unusual activity, high dispute levels, or where a scheme or regulator requires it — we may delay a payout or hold a reserve. We will tell you why and for how long, and release funds as soon as it is appropriate.

8. Term

These terms run for as long as you use Zovepay to accept payments. Either side may end the relationship as described in the Terms of Service; fees already incurred remain payable. Questions about your account or fees? Email hello@zovepay.com.
